AHNA's special recognition service to approved CNE programs that offer 30 or more contact hours to nurses, include two or more modules, and offer content based on a well-developed body of knowledge congruent with the AHNA mission and vision and the Holistic Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice. 

AHNA Program Endorsement recognizes existing CNE programs (minimum 12 months) that have met the criteria established by AHNA’s Program Recognition Committee, complete an intense reflective self-study  and a rigorous application and peer review process  before recommendation for final approval by the AHNA Board of Directors.
